BUILDING AUTOMATION
We are uniquely qualified to manage, maintain, and service your building management systems. From migration of existing systems to complete maintenance programs in new projects, our building automation team is equipped for your consultative and implementation needs. Kleeberg has expertise and experience from DDC system integrations and web-based controls to open protocol systems.
BIM-CAD-GATE KEEPER SERVICES
By using current state-of-the-art 3D HVAC Computer Aided Design software, we produce concise detailing models. Programs that utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM), as well as Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) allow us to enhance coordination and collaboration with our clients and other contractors. Some of the software utilized by our CAD department includes AutoCAD MEP, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Revit and Trimble MEP Point Layout.
CENTRAL PLANT MECHANICAL SERVICES
In order to allow a facility's central plant system to function at its highest performance and efficiency potential, we have continued to integrate new technology and superior services into projects of varying sizes and requirements. Services include boiler and chiller installations/repairs, pumps, cooling towers, Direct Digital Controls Conversions, equipment installation/repair, air/water balancing, and analysis of oil, combustion, and vibrations.
DESIGN BUILD
Design Build construction allows for a quick and efficient project turn over. Whether it is HVAC or mechanical piping, we strive to take a collaborative approach with customers to satisfy their needs. Each project is custom designed and installed to satisfy the requirements of the facility whether that be commercial to industrial and anywhere in between. With our knowledge and experience, we bring application to the forefront of project design. Collaborating design, installation, commissioning, and start-up of a system leads to a successful and timely project turnover. In addition to our Design Build services, we also offer Design-Assist services where we work directly with the customer's engineer.
FIRE DAMPER INSPECTION
Our ICB/TABB Certified HVAC Fire Life Safety technicians perform inspections and repairs to fire, fire-smoke, and smoke dampers to keep a building in compliance with local and state building codes. Not only is regularly scheduled maintenance of these dampers required by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the International Building Codes and Fire Code, but inspections are commonly audited and enforced by the authority having jurisdiction.
HVAC/R PLAN + SPEC

HVAC DUCT FABRICATION
With 50 years of experience, cutting edge technology, and a 100,000 sq ft fabrication facility, our duct fabricating capabilities are endless. Our skilled craftsmen and women fabricate custom commercial and industrial ductwork in accordance with SMACNA standard construction qualifications. Not only do we work with galvanized, aluminum, stainless steel, black iron, and copper, but we can manufacture rectangular or round ductwork and industrial pieces ranging from light gauge to 1 1/2" thick plate.
INDUSTRIAL FABRICATION + WELDING
Certified technicians and welders apply their years of skill to fabricate items that adhere to the specifications of any given project. While maintaining the highest level of safety, the Kleeberg craftsmen and women are able to efficiently produce quality products. From concept to construction, Kleeberg is the solution for any specialty metal project.
MECHANICAL PIPING + EQUIPMENT SERVICES
Kleeberg's Mechanical Division is able to install and integrate all types of process piping systems from liquids and gases for various uses including Chillers, Boilers, and Condensers.
POLLUTION CONTROL
We offer various pollution control services including industrial and commercial exhaust systems. We specialize in the installation of collection systems for paper, dust, fumes, and waste. With our history of innovation, we have remained a leader in the field.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Through proactive site inspection and meticulous evaluation of equipment, we prevent unnecessary incidents. Our 24-hour Emergency Service ensures that technicians are available to quickly address any emergency should an unexpected event occur. Kleeberg is licensed in commercial and industrial diagnostics and can also provide Air/Hydronic balancing services.
SPECIALTY FABRICATION
Kleeberg is uniquely equipped to provide expedited and precise fabrication of material from copper, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized, black iron, and diamond plate up to 2" thick. By using high definition plasma cutters and computer aided production, we are able to fabricate even the smallest part or one-time prototype.
